I’m a Family Therapist committed to helping adults and children learn how to build healthier relationships and cope with life changes and curve balls. My work focuses on helping clients to identify solutions, finding their own strength and resilience, and finding new ways of thinking and even laughing again. I believe in wholistic treatment, treating not just the individual, but the individual within the context of their family, friends, work and school.
